All of our printers and accessories come with a 90 day parts and labor warranty. You can also purchase a 1 year extended Warranty for your Printer. 

Warranty Terms:   If you experience a problem with one of our products call us toll free at 888 224-4339 and ask to speak to one of our support techs.  They will go over the problem with you and offer possible solutions over the phone.  If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone or with simple to replace parts we will ship out a replacement printer and have the defective printer shipped back to us at no cost to our customer in the First 90 Days of the warranty.  After 90 Days it is the customers reponsibilty to ship the product back in our orginal packaging to RefurbishedPrinters.com  at their expense and we will repair or replace the printer at our discretion and ship it back to the customer at our expense.  All consumables such as rollers, pads and fusers are only covered for 90 days.

CUSTOMER MUST SAVE ORIGINAL PACKAGING,  INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL, JUST IN CASE THEY HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR WARRANTY REPAIR. THIS WILL AVOID DAMAGE DURING RETURN SHIPPING.  Any damage incurred will be the responsibility of the returning party.
